Over the last few years, Social Emotional Learning (SEL) has become a hot topic for teachers of every grade level. Our growing awareness the need to include SEL content in our classrooms was further increased, when the Covid-19 Pandemic brought even more trauma, relational stress, and emotional turmoil to many our students. Our students spend so much time in school, in addition to the multitude of academic knowledge and skillsets, they can come away from their educational experience equipped with social skills and emotional resilience.
